Cox Fleet is hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician II for on-site work performing certified DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs on trailers and equipment. You will document findings, coordinate with customers, and assist more senior technicians as needed.

The role requires DOT compliance, a valid CDL Class C license, and a strong safety focus. Attractive benefits include weekly pay and ongoing technical training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related field experience.
• ASE T8 (PMI) certification preferred/required within 18 months.
• CDL Class C license required; DOT/FMCSA regulations compliance expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance on trailers with minimal supervision.
• Document work using RO system and TRAIT app with photos and notes.
• Diagnose electrical components and repair trailer systems (brakes, air lines, pumps, engines).
