Job summary

CoxFleet is hiring a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform certified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs at customer sites. You will handle trailer brakes, air lines, auxiliary pumps, engines, liftgates, and related systems, with supervision as needed. A strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance is required.

The role offers 100% travel, on-site work, and a new hire bonus. Trainees may advance within a growing nationwide fleet service provider.

Qualifications

• Must haveDOT inspections and preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical components.
• Follows safety policies and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on trailers and equipment with minimal supervision.
• Document work and upload RO details using TRAIT app on iOS.
• Perform repairs on trailer components such as brakes, air lines, pumps, liftgates, and chassis.
