Cox Automotive is seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician II to perform certified DOT inspections, preventative maintenance, and light repairs at customer sites. This on-site role supports CoxFleet’s nationwide mobile maintenance services and requires strong mechanical skills and attention to safety.

New-hire bonus is available; the role offers a pathway to advanced diagnostics under supervision and potential incentive programs.

Qualifications

• DOT inspections and maintenance knowledge required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class C license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections on trailers and equipment.
• Document work with RO and photos using company TRAIT app.
• Diagnose and repair trailer components and systems such as brakes, air lines, pumps, engines.
