Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile industrial hardware store directly to customers across a defined territory. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage a fully stocked mobile storefront, traveling to multiple sectors including transportation, aviation, facilities, and manufacturing.

The role requires relocation not available, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a mobile store and perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store to present products and services.
Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
