Job summary

Talent With Heart seeks a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will cold-call and prospect to build a pipeline, making face-to-face visits with both new and existing customers using your mobile store and product demos.

The role requires you to reside in the assigned territory and own or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and physically handle loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; ideally ≤3 companies in past 10 years.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects near existing customers and making face-to-face calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software.
