Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of our mobile industrial hardware stores across a defined geographic territory in the United States. The role involves building a pipeline, cold-calling, and meeting customers face-to-face to deliver on-site solutions.

You will Present products using sample boards and product demos, and you will manage the mobile store's operations, cleanliness, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability with a maximum of 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and making face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Continually maintain customer contact information in the company software.
