Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to bring mobile hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic area. You will rely on cold-calling, referrals, and in-person visits from your fully stocked mobile store to drive sales across transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.

The role emphasizes independent work, a strong tenure history, and the ability to own a route with detailed reporting and data integrity in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Strong tenure with minimal job hops; ideally <=3 companies in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face visits with cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage the mobile store: keep it clean, functional, and well-marketed; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
