Talent With Heart is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store delivering industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling and face-to-face visits to facilities across sectors such as transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, and manufacturing.

You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, while maintaining a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background; max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Attributes: Self-driven with a proven history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
