Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions using digital tools, and guide customers through their shopping journey to recommend suitable plans. Success is measured by customer satisfaction and effective service delivery, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Proficiency with digital tools and customer interactions is expected

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
