Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an energetic Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers during their shopping journey to enhance satisfaction. Responsibilities include using digital tools to explain plans and coverage, completing training on retail processes and wireless innovations, and collaborating with跨-channel teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
