Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, helping customers with technology and service options in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, with training and incentives tied to performance. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and teamwork within the store setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment (Preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
