Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in a retail setting preferred.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits.
• Complete required training to gain product and process knowledge.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and offering hands-on tech demos.
• Support other duties or projects as assigned by management.
