Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

Responsibilities include using digital tools to explain plans and features, completing training on retail processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
