Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

The role builds product knowledge, demonstrates solutions, and guides customers through their shopping journey. Training pay during onboarding, opportunities for stock grants, 401(k), and paid time off are part of our Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions through strong customer service and sales.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Other duties/projects may be assigned by management.
