Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
