Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers throughout their shopping journey.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills, with on-the-job training and opportunities for growth. Base pay starts at $18 per hour plus training pay, with potential incentives and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
