T-Mobile is seeking a customer-focused Mobile Associate to assist customers in-store with technology and service needs. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey to select the best plans and devices.

In this role, you will develop skills in customer interaction, using digital tools, and applying service plan recommendations. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in a Retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
