Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding technology and service options in a fast-paced store. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers along their shopping journey using digital tools and service-plan recommendations.

Training is provided during the first 90 days, with potential to progress to the Mobile Expert role and an annual incentive target of $18,000.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
