Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

During the first 90 days you’ll receive on-the-job training, then you can advance to Mobile Expert with eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are eligible for a $20/hour guaranteed base when including incentives, plus broad

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
