You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and contribute to a positive shopping journey. The role offers on-the-job training with training pay; after 90 days, you may promote to Mobile Expert with an $18,000 annual incentive target.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in delivering personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
