Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations in Charleston, SC. You will engage customers in a busy retail setting, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

You'll complete on-the-job training, use digital tools, and help customers self-serve through the T-Mobile app. A strong emphasis on personal interaction, product knowledge, and relationship building is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (6 months).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile solutions, identify customer needs, and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, ensure customer readiness, and uphold store standards.
• Build relationships with store leadership to support the customer experience from setup to service.
