Job summary

T-Mobile in Corona, CA is seeking a Mobile Associate to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool use.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, at least 6 months in customer service or sales, and strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and learn product features.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
