Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them understand and choose technology and service solutions. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

In this role, you will complete training to stay updated on retail processes and wireless technology, collaborate with team members across channels, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
