T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will serve customers, demonstrate and upsell devices and services, and help create a best-in-class experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 30 days in Mobile Associate role, and 6 months of related retail experience. You’ll work with a dynamic team, earn base pay plus incentives, and have access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
