T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and guide them through their shopping journey, building product knowledge and using digital tools to explain plans and coverage.

You will participate in required training, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a seamless customer experience while pursuing sales and service goals. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
