T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to engage customers and assist shoppers in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through service plans while developing skills in customer interaction and digital tool usage. You will receive on-the-job training, with potential to advance to Mobile Expert and qualify for an annual stock grant.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
