Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate to support busy store operations by helping customers with devices, plans, and services, in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
