Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced, in-store environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey. You will grow skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service-plan recommendations, with success measured by satisfaction and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Use digital tools to explain network coverage, service plans and product features.
• Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
