Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Retail Associate role in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll assist customers, promote technology plans, and demonstrate products while building product knowledge and using digital tools. Training is provided, and success is measured by customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Compensation includes hourly pay with training pay, eligibility for incentives, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits as part of the Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
