Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating technology and service options while building product knowledge. You will progress through training, engage customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance understanding.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management.
