Required: High School Diploma, 6 months customer service/sales in retail; proficiency with digital tools, strong communication, and teamwork. Base pay $18/hour with training pay $5/hour, plus annual incentives and stock-based benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
