T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service options in a fast-paced storefront.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, with training, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward performance and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
