Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Mobile Associates to help customers in-store with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey, strengthening relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
