Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions to customers.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training on retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
