Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service selections in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

The role focuses on developing customer interaction skills, using digital tools, and recommending service plans, with success measured by satisfaction, knowledge, and effective resource use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned.
