Job summary

You will develop proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to showcase network benefits, and participate in training to expand product knowledge and processes. This role offers base pay plus training pay, potential incentives, annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Support other duties/projects as assigned by management.
