Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment, helping them understand technology and service options and guiding them through the shopping journey. You will build product knowledge and demonstrate solutions using digital tools.

You will participate in required training, collaborate with teammates, and support a seamless customer experience. The role offers an hourly base pay with training pay, potential incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales in retail preferred.
• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
