Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology and service options, and guide shoppers through their journey in a fast-paced retail setting.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, with training up to 90 days. After promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an $18,000 annual incentive and a guaranteed $20/hour total compensation; employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package and annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
