Job summary

Comcast Retail Store is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities in the Denver area.

The RSA will handle activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations while assisting with operational priorities to ensure customers leave confident and excited about Comcast products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies and product features.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and assist customers with BYOD setup.
• Educate customers on devices and accessories to drive value.
• Handle activations, troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty processes.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked for a positive customer experience.
