Job summary

T-Mobile in Dallas is seeking Mobile Associates to help customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey using digital tools.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem solving, and teamwork, with on-the-job training, base pay of $18 per hour plus $5 training pay, and an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
