Job summary

Comcast Retail Service Associate role supporting store teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across mobile and operations. You will be a go-to resource for activation, education, troubleshooting and escalations while helping keep the store clean and welcoming for customers.

Primary responsibilities include activating devices, guiding BYOD setup, assisting with account security, processing returns, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance customer value.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Base pay plus bonuses and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and educate customers on setup and features.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with account security and device replacements.
• Assist with transferring contacts, emails, and media; perform resets as needed.
• Fulfill on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories or add-ons.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product placement.
