T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, complete training, and collaborate across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role offers hourly pay with training pay, eligibility for an annual stock grant, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
