Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations, engage customers, and guide technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions using digital tools, and advise on service plans while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Competitive base pay includes training pay and access to stock grants and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
