Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Build relationships, follow up with customers, and drive sales activity.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support store operations.
