Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers and facilitate technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tools usage, and service plan recommendations while contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes, systems and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
