Create solutions with hands-on demos, upsell accessories and IoT devices, and use digital tools to enhance customer interactions. You’ll work with peers to turn inquiries into loyal customers and value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing an elite customer experience.
• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store and offer personalized solutions.
• Side-by-side selling of devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile staff across channels to identify and handoff small business leads.
