Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to join a Retail Team of Experts. You will help customers continue their shopping journey, perform hands-on demonstrations of devices and services, and uncover customer needs to tailor personalized solutions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, learn on the job, and advance toward the Mobile Expert role. The position emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and a willingness to grow with training and coaching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to continue their shopping journey.
• Demonstrate products and services through hands-on demos.
• Identify customer needs and propose personalized device/service solutions.
• Provide friendly, patient support and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive store environment.
