Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, demonstrate products, and leverage digital tools to educate and sell solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Promote onboarding solutions to help customers self-serve and use the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products and processes, and stay updated on promotions. On-board customers with nearby stores, practice skills, share knowledge, manage store operations, and secure kiosk assets.
• Be customer-obsessed: friendly, engaging, and capable of building rapport and loyalty. Reach out to potential customers to drive sales, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
