T-Mobile US Inc. is hiring Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and helping them with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, and complete training to stay current on products, services, systems, and processes. This role emphasizes customer relationships and a positive shopping experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
