T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations.

You’ll engage customers, educate them on our solutions, and confidently demonstrate value while meeting sales metrics in a high-traffic retail setting. You will complete training on products, processes, and systems, stay customer-ready, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring strong service ethos.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning new systems for in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; maintain readiness and assist with onboarding customers.
